Party Check Policy
Parties of 6 or more are limited to a maximum of TWO (2) checks per table.
Luxe Room Check Policy
When the Luxe Room is serviced by multiple servers, checks must remain separate once ordering has begun and cannot be combined afterward. Please advise your host of your preferred check and payment arrangement before ordering begins.

Reservation deposit
A $200 deposit is required after management approves availability. The deposit is credited toward the final food-and-beverage bill.
Cancellations
The deposit is refundable for cancellations received at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation start time, including exactly 48 hours. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the reservation and no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit. Eligibility uses the time the cancellation request was received, not the time management reviews it.
Food & beverage minimum
Monday–Thursday: $1,000. Friday: $1,200. Saturday: $1,500. Sunday: $1,200. Minimums apply before taxes, 20% automatic gratuity, and applicable service charges. Hookah purchases count toward the minimum. If the minimum is not met, the difference will be added to the final bill.
Reservation times
Reservations include exclusive use of the Luxe Room for up to three hours. Additional time may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability and management approval.
Guest capacity
Maximum 18 seated guests or 20 standing guests.
Food & beverage
All food and beverages must be purchased through Spice House Buckhead. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Celebration cakes are allowed with a $25 cake service fee.
Decorations
Decorations are permitted, but glitter, confetti, real candles, nails, staples, tape, adhesives, or anything that may damage restaurant property are prohibited. LED candles are permitted. All decorations and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the reservation.
Hookah
Hookah service is available for purchase. Outside hookahs are not permitted.
Damage
The reserving guest is financially responsible for damage caused by the guest or members of their party.
Automatic gratuity
A 20% automatic gratuity applies to Luxe Room reservations.
Late arrival
The three-hour reservation period begins at the originally scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the reservation period. Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior notice may forfeit their reservation and deposit.
Confirmation
Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee availability. The Owner or Lala must verify availability in Toast Tables and the internal calendar and approve the request before the $200 Stripe invoice is sent. The reservation is not officially confirmed until payment is verified and management sends final confirmation.
Payment deadline
The $200 deposit invoice must be paid within 24 hours of approval by default, unless management specifies another deadline.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation start time to qualify for a full deposit refund. Changes to reservation dates, times, or guest counts are subject to availability and management approval. If Spice House Buckhead cannot accommodate an approved, paid reservation, the customer will be offered an alternative available date or a full refund.
Right to refuse or terminate service
Spice House Buckhead reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for illegal activity, violence, threats, property damage, or behavior endangering guests, staff, or restaurant property. Reservations terminated for these reasons are subject to deposit forfeiture under the established policy and applicable law.
